From the beginning of establishment, Hailide had already taken the ISO9000 series as the basic norm of company’s quality management. After more than 10 years development which is based on all the employees’ effort, Hailide gradually build:
1)First-class infrastructure and advanced production and inspection equipments to provide the excellent production environment and congenital basis for product quality;
2)Completed training and evaluation system to increase the employees’ skill and quality consciousness continuously;
3) Lean production and predictive maintenance for equipments to assure the product quality and decrease the down rate of equipments;
4)Systematic supplier and raw materials management to guarantee the incoming quality;
5)Advanced management tools and methods to push the internal improvement in all the processes continuously.

From 2000 to 2010, Hailide passed the certification of quality management system like ISO9002:1994, ISO9001:2000 and ISO9001:2008 successively. And utilizing such opportunities of preparation for certification, Hailide gradually built the owned quality assurance system and quality culture.

In order to continuously improve the quality assurance and control processes for product and service like supplier quality management, incoming inspection, process quality control and customer service, Halide introduced the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system starting from 2011. In 2012.8 and 2012.12, the certification of ISO/TS 16949 for automotive yarn and tire cord fabric was passed successively which can make the Hailide use the higher standard to guarantee the product and service quality by continuous improvement internally and better satisfying the customers’ requirements externally.

Starting from the foundation of company, Hailide always insists on the quality philosophy of “Aim to satisfy our target customers, Seek development by internal continuous improvement” as development direction, the standardization as cornerstone, the TQM and continuous improvement as working criterion, the customer satisfaction as working emphasis, and devotes the whole team to provide the better product and better service to our customers.
