In order to reduce waste gas emissions, HLD uses RTO high-efficiency regenerative incinerator to carry out incineration and oxidation treatment of waste gas and oxygen up to 870 ℃. The heat of high-temperature gas during oxidation is "stored" by the regenerator for preheating the newly entered waste gas, which not only reduces the fuel consumption required for temperature rise, but also makes the pollutant removal rate reach more than 99%​

After treatment, the waste water produced by production and living enters the reuse pool, which can be used to supplement the circulating water of the cooling tower. The reuse rate of reclaimed water reaches more than 80%, and the annual fresh water saving reaches 150000 to 200000 tons.
